Pro-crime President Trump has pardoned murderers, rapists, drug dealers, thieves, and violent criminals at an unprecedented rate since the start of his second term. The number of criminals Trump has pardoned so far is extremely high for a so-called “law and order” President.
Chris Hayes of All In With Chris Hayes on MS NOW has been keeping track of every criminal who received a pardon so far in Trump’s second term.
Hayes went through his list of pardons on his show the other night. He named each person who received a pardon and explained the crime(s) they were convicted of.
The pardons of drug traffickers and dealers were surprising considering this administration is currently murdering people they claim to be bringing drugs to the United States. (2026 update) In reality, a majority of the “narco-terrorists” have been fishermen.
So how do Trump supporters reconcile the boat strikes with the pardon of the drug trafficker Juan Orlando Hernández?
If you look at a list of every pardon so far this term, you’ll notice that there are also a few people who were convicted of possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
Trump says the boat strikes are killing people they call “narco-terrorists” who are bringing cocaine to the U.S. and killing Americans. Yet, someone who brought 400 tons of cocaine into the country is eligible for a pardon?
The Criminals Trump Pardoned
Dozens of the people our ‘pro-crime President’ pardoned for January 6th committed new crimes: child sexual abuse and child pornography were popular among that crowd.

And while Trump and the Republicans were quick to blame Biden and Harris for every violent crime that was committed by an immigrant, President Trump pardoned an MS-13 gang leader.
His charges would've prevented him from being deported. What happened to getting justice here in the U.S. for crimes committed in this country?
The MS-13 gang leader — a kingpin — was reportedly freed and sent to El Salvador as part of a corrupt scheme between our pro-crime President and President Bukele.
Trump’s DHS put innocent Venezuelans on a flight to CECOT in El Salvador, claiming they were gang members. A man with a court order barring his deportation to El Salvador was on that flight; Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
Trump made a huge spectacle of the MS-13 “tattoos” on Abrego Garcia’s knuckles, yet he freed an MS-13 Kingpin?
Speaking of freeing criminals, the Trump administration also pressured Romania to allow the Tate brothers to leave the country and return to the United States.
The brothers were being held in Romania on charges of sex trafficking. They allegedly lured women and coerced them into running an online video chat business for sexual exploitation.
