Two things stand out about these raids. One: they went into a business and accidentally detained a U.S. citizen who was also a veteran, without a warrant. Two: Texas law enforcement conducting these operations are not answering questions.

It’s not a stretch to think maybe these agents feel empowered under Trump. As he told government officials in his first term, “just do it and if you get arrested, I’ll pardon you.”

The Supreme Court, by giving Trump full immunity, has created a lawless, criminal enterprise operating out of the White House.
