Charlamagne, host of SiriusXM’s The Breakfast Club, joined The Young Turks to break down the state of the election ahead of the debate, and the author and radio host held nothing back in his criticism of Democrats. Charlamagne has faced pushback from some, including on The View, for refusing to endorse the president despite his concerns about Trump.
Speaking with Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian, Charlamagne called Trump a threat to democracy, but described Democrats as “kind of like the party cried wolf,” arguing they are deploying the same rhetoric for years and against a number of Republican candidates.”
