Specific Diagnoses: Dr. Gartner has characterized the President as exhibiting “malignant narcissism” compounded by signs of organic brain disease, such as frontotemporal dementia. Experts note that these compounding conditions lead to extreme impulsivity, disinhibition, and paranoia.
