As you can see, President Trump’s approval ratings are going down, but it will be interesting to see what happens when Elon Musk — who is currently acting as his shield, absorbing Trump’s sinking approval numbers — starts to break down.
Eventually, people will realize that what DOGE is doing has less to do with waste and abuse and more to do with serving Musk’s own interests: breaking things and finding money they can cut to pay for the $5 trillion in tax cuts for the rich they plan to pass.
