Republican: 'i have proof biden was on drugs at sotu'

"Rep. Greg Murphy (R-N.C.) claimed on Thursday to have “evidence” that President Joe Biden was “jacked up” on something before his State of the Union address, never actually specifying what this booster-of-sorts was and throwing Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo for a loop.

Murphy joined Bartiromo on Thursday morning and when discussing the upcoming debates between the president and Donald Trump, Murphy took a side road and made a wild accusation."
