Speaker Mike Johnson became visibly agitated during an interview as he scrambled to defend his lies that they were working on a GOP healthcare plan that would help the public financially.
Marjorie Taylor Greene exposed his healthcare con after she publicly criticized him and the Republican Party for refusing to work with Democrats to extend the ACA subsidies.
Pardon my interruption
Resist Hate Editor: Residents of Indiana have already seen their premiums increase by up to75%. Other states in the Midwest will follow over the coming days—with some states’ residents seeing an increase of 700%!
A 50-year-old making about $47,000 a year on the lowest level plan on the ACA marketplace will see their premiums go up anywhere from 83% to 102%
Why Republicans would allow this to happen to their own constituents at a time when Americans are already struggling financially isn’t shocking. But the fact that they’re doing this going into the 2026 midterms is a head-scratcher. Are they sacrificing their seats just to avoid speaking out against Dear Leader?
It’s unclear why they’re choosing not to react, but it makes Johnson’s healthcare con look even more ridiculous. Kind of like his claims that No Kings protesters were paid by George Soros, antifa terrorists, and Hamas supporters.
After the protest saw over 7 million patriotic Americans and their families in the streets voicing their disapproval of Trump’s policies, you’d think Johnson would just keep his mouth shut and move on.
Instead, he held a press conference to double down on his claims that is was a “Hate America” rally.

Even after videos and images of protests in big cities and rural towns—with American flags flying everywhere, people holding signs supporting the U.S. Constitution, people singing the Battle Hymn of the Republic, and people dancing in inflatable animal costumes—were all over social media and news broadcasts, Republicans in Congress were still telling those same lies.
We shouldn’t be too surprised at their behavior. The insurrection on January 6rh was broadcast live and the entire country watched the events of that day.
That didn’t stop Donald Trump and the Republicans from saying, “Don’t believe your lying eyes. It was a day of love. People were hugging police officers.”
President Trump posted a video of himself on social media THAT EVENING saying, “You need to go home now. You’re special. We love you.”
That’s when the complete lack of critical thinking skills and logical reasoning of some Americans became clear. The people that attacked the Capitol were “Antifa and FBI agents.” So… Trump thinks Antifa is special? He loves them?
Take it a step further: Trump pardoned Antifa? 🤯
Back to the healthcare con
“Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) continued taking shots at her own political party in a Wednesday interview with Tucker Carlson, calling out House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) and MAGA activist Laura Loomer.
Greene joined The Tucker Carlson Show this week and held nothing back, criticizing Republicans over the current government shutdown and inflation.
“Right now, Tucker, a lot of people are happy about the government shutdown, but I really have no respect for the House not being in session. And I have no respect for Speaker Johnson not calling us back to Washington because we should be passing bills,” Greene said.
The Georgia congresswoman has become more critical of her party’s leadership in recent weeks, arguing they are not focused on issues like healthcare costs, home loans, and overall inflation.
