Edwin Naidu is a journalist from Johannesburg, South Africa interested in coverage of scientific issues, higher education and gender. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. He has won several scholarships and awards for his work in journalism and is currently Impact Editor at SciDev.Net working on the Role Models campaign aimed at encouraging women to remain in careers in science and technology.
