In my opinion, Donald Trump has pardoned these people because they are his own “personal army” of militia members and regular people who were willing to attack their own government in order to help Trump stay in power after he lost the 2020 election.
Trump has learned that he can use stochastic terrorism as a way of ordering his “army” to attack someone without getting his hands dirty by telling them to attack.
All he has to do is post on social media about someone who has threatened to hold him accountable or who disagrees with him or the objectives of the MAGA movement and his soldiers jump into action.
The person Trump names in a post will receive death threats, threats of rape, visits to their home, they’ll be swatted, etc. Some of the “victims” of Trump’s army have had to move and leave their homes to escape harassment.
