Resist Hate is an independent news website that provides information on government policies, federal/state/local programs, people, and events that shape our country.
We are dedicated to creating and curating honest, factual news that cuts through the noise, ensuring our audience has access to the information they need to guide them in modern U.S. politics.
With compassion and courage, we strive to build a community that values integrity, respects diverse perspectives, and inspires collective action for a more just and equitable society.
Together, we stand strong against misinformation and hatred, championing the power of informed voices to drive positive, meaningful change.
We are—for the most part—optimists.
We believe real change is possible only if enough well-informed, well-intentioned — and just plain fed up and fired-up — people demand it.
The No Kings protests on October 18, 2025 proved just how “fed up and fired up” the American people are. Over 7 million Americans were in the streets of big cities and small towns across America.
Even the citizens of South Korea, New Zealand, France, Canada, and other countries around the world supported the U.S. with their own No Kings protests against Trump.
South Korea was actually the first to kick off the event (because of the time zone difference, their October 18th began before ours).
What We Do
We work to spark action by highlighting systemic injustice and providing a platform for transformative ideas—through reporting, educational content, and political analysis/opinion.
Our pro-democracy, anti-hate Community is open to anyone who wants to save democracy, protect the Constitution, and strive for every citizen to have the same rights and opportunities to pursue life, liberty, and happiness (any trolling, racism, or harassment is not tolerated. Users engaging in that behavior will be banned.)
It’s important to us that we offer a safe, nonjudgmental environment where everyone can express themselves without fear of judgment or harassment.
We seek to always provide access to reliable information, honest news, and resources to inform and engage our users.
Our Main Policy Goal
Our main policy goal is one that’s necessary in order to achieve any of our policy goals.
Congress is deadlocked and useless in its current form but if we achieve this, trust and confidence in government could be restored over time.
There won’t be any progress on gun reform—to end school shootings, police reform—to end the senseless murder of unarmed black men, or an increase in the federal minimum wage—to close the growing wealth gap and wealth inequality unless we…
