December 12, 2025: Added a table at the end of this article listing each of the 159+ pardons so far in Trump’s second term. Jump to the list of Trump pardons
President Trump has pardoned murderers, rapists, drug dealers, thieves, and violent criminals at an unprecedented rate since the start of his second term. The number of criminals Trump pardoned so far is insane for the so-called “law and order” President. Creating the list of Trump pardons was exhausting due to the sheer number of people (criminals).
Chris Hayes of All In With Chris Hayes on MS NOW has been keeping track of every criminal who received a pardon so far in Trump’s second term.
Hayes went through his list of Trump pardons the other night. He named each person and explained the crime(s) they were convicted of. The drug traffickers and dealers were surprising considering the administration is currently murdering people who, they claim, are bringing drugs to the United States (but they’re not).
So how do Trump supporters reconcile the boat bombing operation with the pardoning of the worst drug trafficker ever, Juan Orlando Hernández? If you look at the list of Trump pardons you’ll also see a few people convicted of possession with intent to distribute cocaine (meaning they were selling it or possessed much more than law enforcement considers an amount typical of “personal use”).
Trump says they’re murdering the people they call “Narco-terrorists” for bringing cocaine to the U.S. and killing Americans, but someone who brought 400 tons into the country and the people who then sell that cocaine are ok? Hypocrisy may be dead but this is just too obvious to ignore. Right?
It was shocking to learn about some of the crimes the people on the list of Trump pardons had been in prison for, yet they were still set free with zero consequences or accountability.
The Criminals Trump Pardoned
The list of Trump pardons includes 1,500 violent insurrectionists who assaulted police officers on January 6th and a man who committed a triple homicide in Spain who now walks free on the streets of America.

The administration also worked to get Romania to allow the Tate brothers to leave the country and return to the United States. While in Florida, Andrew Tate assaulted a woman—choked her—and was charged with assault.
Andrew Tate isn’t the only one who was pardoned and committed a crime after being “freed” by Trump. Several of the criminals Trump pardoned for crimes committed on January 6th were arrested after committing new crimes.
Trump and the Republicans were quick to blame President Biden and Vice President Harris for every immigrant who committed a violent crime, yet President Trump pardons an immigrant who bludgeoned three people to death?
The MS-13 gang leader—a kingpin—was reportedly freed and sent to El Salvador as part of a corrupt scheme with the Bukele government.
Trump sent innocent Venezuelans to CECOT in El Salvador, claiming they were gang members, he made a huge spectacle of the MS-13 “tattoos” on the knuckles of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, yet he freed an MS-13 Kingpin?
After watching Chris Hayes go through the list of criminals President Trump has pardoned, the claims that he is “fighting crime” are simply ridiculous.
