Brian Tyler Cohen and Democracy Docket’s Marc Elias recently discussed the DOJ and how it has been demanding the private voter data from states. Some of the more compliant red states have already capitulated and sent their data to the government. Others are suing the DOJ over their demand.

As Mark explains in this video, private voter data includes personal information of every registered voter in a state. Data like:

  • Social Security number
  • Address
  • Driver license number
  • Political party registration
  • How you voted in prior elections
  • And more…

The DOJ is now suing 21 states that have refused to send their private voter data to the government. Elias’ firm is currently defending most of these states against the DOJ’s lawsuit. Watch as he talks about what the government could possibly do with the data. What are they planning?

According to Elias, this is a “5 alarm fire,” yet legacy media outlets and newspapers haven’t been covering it.
